§ 4-2.05. Notice of hearing on applications

Upon the receipt of any application referred to in Sections 4-2.03 and 4-2.04 of this chapter, the City Clerk shall set a time, not less than ten (10) days nor more than thirty (30) days thereafter, for the hearing of such application before the Council and shall give notice of the time so set at least seven (7) days before the date of such hearing to the applicant by mail at the address set forth in such application and by mail to all other permit holders.
